As the owner of The Cutting Edge, I have dedicated my career to the beauty and wellness industry. Having retired from behind the chair, I now focus on coaching our team and nurturing the growth of my business.
With a passion for creating job opportunities and empowering individuals in the industry, I strive to mentor and develop talent within my salon company with monthly coaching and mentoring sessions. My years of expertise and commitment to excellence have shaped me into a respected leader, dedicated to fostering a culture of creativity, professionalism, and success in the salon industry.
